    A Chilli bite is a very small thin piece of Biltong that has been crafted in such a way it contains a certain level of Chilli heat, it’s very dry a lot dryer than your normal Biltong as more of the moisture has been removed.

    Q2: What is the difference between biltong and chilli bites?

    One of the key differences is how chilli bites are cut before the curing process. Chilli Bites are cut into much thinner strips, only about an inch thick, and therefore are generally on the dryer side when compared with a more traditional cut of Biltong.
