Refund & Returns Policy
Our Refund & Returns policy is set according to comply and align with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Perishable Products:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a perishable product, based on a physical defect of the product (meaning that the product is objectively not complying with the required standard), you may return the product for a refund and/or replacement, subject to the following:
- Proof of purchase is provided; and
- The product with/in its original packaging is returned; and
- The reason for return should be that the product is defective or sub-standard product.
It is very important to note that most of our products are perishable, and you should follow the recommended storage recommendations. We cannot accept any returns of sub-standard quality due to your incorrect handling and storage.
Products will be delivered using a cooler vehicle to keep the products cold. Once it has been delivered, all risks regarding the product will pass to you and it will be your responsibility to ensure that your products are stored in the right conditions and temperatures.
Due to our obligation and commitment to public health and safety, we cannot accept returns of perishable products that have been bought incorrectly due to customer fault or where a customer has changed of mind. Please check all your purchases upon delivery or receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
We do not accept returns of gift cards or vouchers.
This return policy is valid for 2 days after the date of your purchase. Thereafter, we cannot accept your return.
